Differentiation of bone marrow stem cells into$ H! \" c/ N) c' q
hepatocytes and their curative roles in liver
fibrosis have gained increasing popularity9 J  D. Z/ a# A
recently. However, further investigation has
shown a opposite idea that the bone marrow
s tem cel l s don’ t have thi s abi l i ty. Some- u& m+ l1 z' Z6 l7 F4 K' `
researchers have proposed that bone marrow! c  l. y4 A( H1 a
stem cells can differentiate into stellate cells or: j) K! F5 Q: _3 |' |. u1 q9 \
fibroblasts, hence serving as a participator of
hepatic fibrosis. This article aims to review the+ Y9 \8 A; c+ G, Y4 B
role of bone marrow cells in hepatic fibrosis.

摘要
近年来, 对骨髓干细胞向肝细胞分化, 并对肝1 L5 k' ]3 A/ }
纤维化的治疗作用的研究日益增多. 随着研究1 }- b! _9 M4 z" s
的不断深入有研究者也对这个观点提出反对: y& {1 _; Z! |( N2 U
意见, 认为骨髓干细胞没有这种能力, 同时还
有一些研究者提出骨髓干细胞可以分化成为  V' m, O! G0 c( D/ [
星状细胞或者成纤维细胞, 从而参与肝纤维化
的发生. 本文将骨髓干细胞在肝纤维化中的作
用作一阐述.
