关于干细胞和niche的干系，确实有很多值得关注的。
Regulation of the Spermatogonial Stem Cell Niche（N Kostereva，2008）；
The Spermatogonial Stem Cell Niche（大师：DIRK G. DE ROOIJ，2009）；3 y$ U1 u6 V& ?5 U6 O- w+ ]
Spermatogonial stem cells, in vivo transdifferentiation and human regenerative medicine（Simon, Liz，2010）等等，这些学者们都相应提出了很多关于精原干细胞与niche相互协作的问题。是维持spermatogonia的未分化的活性，或者多潜能的活性；另外，还是进行spermatogenesis的分化过程，甚至发展其多潜能性，向其他类型细胞分化，这些都是niche起到了至关重要的作用。还有很多这样的故事可以讲解啊！
