在(10个月和20-24个月大的 C57BL/6 和DBA/2) 的耗子的(LT)-HSCs 中 ofWnt5a 和 Wnt4mRNA 是显著高表达，
而在(2–3 个月大的C57BL/6 和DBA/2)的耗子的(LT)-HSCs中ofWnt5a 和 Wnt4mRNA 是不表达的。
