近日，来自美国圣卢克罗斯福医院的一个由Daiz Bhora医生领导的科研团队就首次用3D打印技术制造出了能够用于移植的气管，并将很有可能在临床试验中取得成功。据悉，该3D打印气管是用生物材料制作的，而在打印过程中还使用了干细胞来帮助生长。; J- Z7 c t9 J8 w5 v

I'm interested in this topic. But I'm not familiar in 3D printing technology. As what I know in limited, when printer split out the ink (materials) it needs high temperature to soft the ink and make it flexible. If this point is correct, how could they use cell as ink? No need to mention how many different types of cell in one organ? I have check the video on TED. The kidney looks like just a prototype comes with the shape and structure but have no any clues on the function. The cells used for printing is diluted in some buffer like CaCl2, whereas different cells are in different injectors. Regarding the cell, some groups use spheroid as block in stead of single cell to print vessel. I believe that could save time on printing. However, how to eliminate the fibronectin or other ECM outside the spheroid is a problem. Also, how to print in some long or large cell types (likes neuron cell)? I may ask to many questions.
