   首先很抱歉现在才继续第六期的网络会议。从这学期伊始Damon就发电子邮件甚至打电话邀请相关人士来做报告，但是大多被婉拒了。现在还在准备GRE，今年10月份就开始申请了，亚历山大- -！

安全iPSCs的获取方法：重组蛋白诱导iPSCs

   诱导多能干细胞(induced pluripotent stem cells, iPSCs)是一类最初通过特定因子(Oct4, Sox2, Klf4和c-Myc)在分化的体细胞中异位表达，使成熟的体细胞重编程为具有胚胎干细胞(embryonic stem cells, ESCs)样生物学特性的细胞。iPSCs为药物筛选、疾病诊疗、动物遗传资源保护以及转基因动物创制等研究提供了一种崭新的材料，在医学、生物学基础研究和畜牧业上具有极其重要的学术价值和广阔的应用前景。. M4 R4 x$ R8 @2 _
   众所周知，重编程的低效率和安全性等问题，尤其是iPSCs的安全性严重制约了iPSCs的广泛应用。目前，相对较安全的方法有蛋白诱导iPSCs和小分子化合物诱导。其中小分子化合物仅目前仅邓宏魁一家，而蛋白介导的iPSCs虽说依然存在各种问题，但重复性较好（据我所了解，目前有九个研究组报道了相关的案例）。
   猪作为重要的经济动物，在我国畜牧业中有举足轻重的作用，而且猪的遗传、代谢、生理生化及基因序列等方面均比小鼠更接近于人类，因而正逐渐成为人类异种移植和再生医学研究的理想生物学模型。然而，目前尚未见到用蛋白诱导猪iPSCs的相关报道。因此，本次会议将首先阐述iPSCs的历史和现状。其次，重点分析重组蛋白介导iPSCs技术中的关键步骤（蛋白制备，蛋白入核及定位，重编程策略和存在的问题）。最后，对猪iPSCs的研究进展和重组蛋白诱导猪iPSCs的策略做一个简单的总结和规划。' \/ j( l+ H5 w1 a

Yes, I am busy on looking for founders to start our hypoxia MSC project. Hope this thing could be done soon. Our US patent is almost be issued and the trial also will be reviewed in next month. So glad to know you finish the article. Never mind for your concern. After you submit your article, the editor usually will give you a chance to double confirm your final version. You could make correction or even update any new information on it. Do you have any idea when will it be published? Finally, I would like to know in your opinion whether the 3D kidney really be created and with biological function? I really doubt on it.

Maybe I didn't make myself well understood. The typo I found is in a published journal of someone else instead of mine. Whatever, I just emailed. Hope you can find some extravagant founders to support your project soon. Indeed, I don't think very high of 3D printing kidney personally, even  the prototype was printed successfully in 2011 by Atala. What is attracting my attention in organ regeneration now is blastocyst complementation, about which I made a video: ^6 N- f7 e7 j9 I0 x$ N
