1. 目的是干啥，药物开发还是临床应用？9 q* G2 ~/ k4 p% f9 ~
2. 法规体系应参阅先进国家及国际组织推荐标准，我国政府处于学习阶段；# K( Y$ U9 s3 ]4 o' K/ H# l
3. “机构与人员”中缺少关键人物——机构负责人；

医院投资建设，一方面临床前研究，一方面逐步向临床推广，当然我们不仅仅有干细胞，还有其他细胞

FACT ——The Foundation for the Accreditation of Cellular Therapy.
FACT establishes standards for high quality medical and laboratory practice in cellular therapies. FACT is a non-profit corporation co-founded by the International Society for Cellular Therapy (ISCT) and the American Society of Blood and Marrow Transplantation (ASBMT) for the purposes of voluntary inspection and accreditation in the field of cellular therapy.
