BS; 1:1) or AG-1478 (25 mg/kg body wt) every other day for 1 wk. The dose of AG-1478 had no adverse effect in either study, as judged by no differences in body weight [AG-1478: 161.3 g ± 5.2 vs vehicle: 171.4 ± 0.2 g], serum creatinine, or pH. Ionized Ca and P levels were similar between the uremic rats fed high P receiving vehicle and those treated with AG-1478. The P-restricted group (0.2% P) of 5/6 nephrectomized rats served as a negative control of uremia-induced parathyroid hyperplasia. j8 L {# {7 q+ D| 欢迎光临 干细胞之家 - 中国干细胞行业门户第一站 (http://www.stemcell8.cn/) | Powered by Discuz!
