是在同一组织内敲除的，神经干细胞。
! e" F& z) @5 B) T还有一点不太明白，请您指教：比如说在FvB小鼠内转入P53LoxpLoxp 以及PTENLoxpLoxp，在C57小鼠内转入Cre，杂交后形成P53、PTEN都敲除的后代，这样是纯合的；如果分开来做，分别配成P53loxp+Cre的FvB小鼠和PTENloxp+Cre的C57小鼠，两者再杂交，后代不就成了杂合的了吗？1 p" z! n2 Q& k
