[摘要] 　目的　探讨外周血干细胞(APBSC) 与组织工程骨(TEB) 复合移植修复牙周骨缺损中转化生长因子(TGF) -β的表达。
% y6 a, ?+ F; Q$ V5 r  G方法　犬的牙周骨缺损区移植APBSC - TEB 后,用免疫组织化学方法观察不同时期APBSC 分化、增殖成为成骨细胞过程中
+ e% W% w, C" X9 b( d- v9 l6 v$ `( cTGF -β的表达,观察TGF -β诱导APBSC 分化、增殖成骨细胞的情况。结果　实验组在APBSC - TEB 移植2 周,即见骨缺损区
  k) N( z, c' k0 b7 {: a. u边缘TGF -β呈弱阳性表达,4～8 周骨缺损区中心区域可见大量的成骨细胞、成纤维细胞和胶原纤维呈现强阳性表达,12 周骨% N; C  q" Y, s0 d/ w: J
缺损区已完全修复。而对照组TEB 移植8～12 周,仅在骨缺损边缘区域TGF -β呈弱阳性反应。结论　APBSC 在骨缺损区分
