摘要: 目的: 体外诱导人脐血单个核细胞(mononuclear cells ,MNCs) 中的神经干细胞(neural stem cells ,NSCs) 向. r9 f7 }* b/ z, O' G, X5 N+ Q C. F
神经细胞分化的研究。方法: 体外培养中用表皮生长因子(epithelium growth factor ,EGF) 和碱性成纤维细胞2 _* P; A# N. S' q6 H1 j
生长因子(basic fibroblast growth factor ,bFGF) 诱导人脐血NSCs 向神经细胞的分化。结果: 在EGF 和bFGF 作

间有显著性差异。结论: 细胞因子EGF 和bFGF 在体外能促进脐血MNCs 中NSCs 的分化,联合应用较单独
