个人认为,肿瘤细胞自发转化成“干性”细胞是有可能的,甚至有可能形成iPS细胞呢,这其中最主要的影响因素就是转化概率,% [( @- h5 u. l% Y+ M) U1 ~6 P
有可能形成了,当在众多肿瘤细胞小群体中有可能存活不了,所以它的存在有可能是比较短的某个时间段才能被察觉到的,所以该文献能发在PNAS上是因为察觉到了这难以察觉的,只能发PNAS应该是因为该实验重复性不高!再说目前“干性”肿瘤细胞的标记也不是很清楚! |
