关于胚胎干细胞定向诱导成骨、成软骨的问题？

我认为将人胚胎干细胞诱导为成骨细胞、成软骨细胞未尝不是一条可能的途径，尽管还存在的许多的问题，但只要我们付出努力，总会有那么一天的。附上我们实验室去年发表的一篇关于ES向软骨样组织诱导的paper。
