mES-->中胚层-->心肌 这样的诱导方案是否可行?0 F6 ^7 |) i+ T/ w

我记得在hES上使用BMP4短时间高浓度处理能有比较高的中胚层诱导效率(大T阳性),不知道在mES上是否也行得通?5 i& h: u0 P$ G
另外,mES分化的文章还是挺多的,我在pubmed上一搜就能看见不少...
