5 I2 V5 m; T C) f& ? C$ M0 k免疫系统实质上是一把双刃剑。其保护机体的机制实际上主要是通过对'异体'的排斥和清除来实现的。而免疫系统对异体和自体的识别是通过education来实现的,也不是一成不变的。癌症细胞的狡猾就在于可以巧妙地进化发展(当然可能通过一系列的自然选择过程)出能够逃避免疫系统清除(逃逸),并利用免疫系统的细胞类群(合谋)。这是侯免疫系统不仅不会对这些癌细胞进行排斥,反而会提供增值和转移方面的促进。 |
