Cell presents four forums on emerging topics related to the ethical, social,
6 l8 G8 l  a( v. i) Rand legal impacts of stem cell research. Just as a crystal ball connects the " d/ \( j6 ~  ?+ t
present with the future, these forums analyze the impacts of current research * N1 n/ O- z, H4 g' G) K9 F) @
and what they could mean for us all going forward. This issue's focus was put $ s, O/ t1 i" R# ~
together in close collaboration with Editorial Board member Chris Scott, to whom
* z: w% v' J3 i/ a1 |# R+ Lwe owe a great deal of gratitude. The quilt is by artist Donna DeSoto and is * T0 L% c9 V+ g$ G; V& {; S
from the Art Under the Microscope exhibit by Fiber Artists @ Loose Ends and the
