Ether Miranda (Duke University) entitled “Crystal Ball,” in reference to the 3D

6 d: f( e- Q' N9 M8 ECell presents four forums on emerging topics related to the ethical, social,
/ C/ S/ U" Q/ M- x. y; _/ V$ Mand legal impacts of stem cell research. Just as a crystal ball connects the % U( n- f r% u5 A, K
present with the future, these forums analyze the impacts of current research
. _! g9 @4 r# U/ v* P! Q/ P V) zand what they could mean for us all going forward. This issue's focus was put # [ n& M9 Q( d' v6 v" k7 w4 d' i1 X8 h
together in close collaboration with Editorial Board member Chris Scott, to whom
3 U( d3 g' [, [# o' B5 c& Rwe owe a great deal of gratitude. The quilt is by artist Donna DeSoto and is ' K( y4 {; E' F) c- E4 x
