Conservation Trust, has used custom-built tracking collars containing GPS and ( ?9 {* m7 \9 { m: z( f7 L& E
inertial measurement units to capture the locomotor dynamics of cheetahs hunting
( f3 I6 `% @4 Y7 [in the wild. The 4 A, k' F, m6 [; R( C' @; b
top speed observed was 25.9 metres per second (93 kilometres per hour). Most
