Climate Change (IPCC) will deliver its assessment of the science% X4 b2 W. n$ T- F+ F0 X
of global warming at a meeting in Stockholm next week.# G3 \- J0 i8 m; k: F
This will be the fifth time that the IPCC has delivered such an assessment;
2 h. A4 r# c, b3 V" [4 }some 23 years have passed since the first effort. Many things! k) D! v, U$ C% T. E# m
have changed in that time; others have not. Regardless, it is time to9 i7 W: m& _! j: E @( d3 F* v; x
rethink the IPCC. The organization deserves thanks and respect from5 y. ]. M. A3 m! s! C( M( \
all who care about the principle of evidence-based policy-making, but
