This will be the fifth time that the IPCC has delivered such an assessment;/ S8 _+ m' T3 M
some 23 years have passed since the first effort. Many things9 ~* c, C) D' P0 K
have changed in that time; others have not. Regardless, it is time to5 |& Y# ]8 C# X8 S( E3 _
rethink the IPCC. The organization deserves thanks and respect from
9 ^5 h. E }. }/ \$ @& Vall who care about the principle of evidence-based policy-making, but
