The first working group of the Intergovernmental Panel on

have changed in that time; others have not. Regardless, it is time to
+ c V2 _1 d3 v% L0 frethink the IPCC. The organization deserves thanks and respect from
) i |8 L; h. nall who care about the principle of evidence-based policy-making, but
& ?+ N3 t1 ~3 }1 Y1 ythe current report should be its last mega-assessment.
