Abstract
7 C8 J% y1 m: z0 hHerein we have reported the case of a man with chronic autoimmune thrombocytopenia (AITP) refractory to conventional therapy who underwent T-cell-depleted autologous peripheral blood stem cell (PBSC) transplantation. A complete, steroid-independent, platelet remission was obtained, but unfortunately he subsequently relapsed after 3 months.
