If you would like to confirm the efficiency of transfer, you could stain the gel with commassive blue to make sure most of proteins are transferred.

2 N- m* s& C8 F) c# @5 FOnce your protein gel is stained with commassie blue, it won't work again in your following immunoblotting. If your can't see clear individual protein bands in stead of a huge smear, that means your proteins are degraded.
