| I did human iPSC from primary foreskin fibroblast cells. Very spendy. First, virus for somatic cells transduction need 100$ once. Then change medium every day using E7 (stem cell technology) until iPSC colonies are ready to pick up, it is take 300 ml E7 medium about 150 $, other stuff like matrigel for plate coating and E8 for iPSCs maintaining. |
