这个要看最优的治疗方案的，一般化疗前一天抽血分离免疫细胞培养（此时细胞未受化疗抑制），第二天开始化疗一周，第九天开始休息6天，第15天开始免疫细胞回输即化疗结束一周左右（环境对细胞有利，且免疫细胞能缓解化疗毒副作用，改善脏器功能）。
