A survey about mosquito-关于被蚊子叮咬的调查

Hi guys，
I am doing a survey on the relationship between blood type and mosquito. Please help me to answer four quetions as followed:
我在做一项关于血型和蚊子叮咬之间关系的调查，希望大家可以帮我回答下面的四个问题：

A：male（男性）
B：female（女性）

[color=Blue][size=5]2 Your blood type?(你的血型?)[/size][/color]
A：type A blood (A型血)
B：type B blood (B型血)
C：type AB blood (AB型血)
D：type O blood (O型血)

[color=Blue][size=5]3 attractive or unattractive to mosquitos?(是否吸引蚊子？)[/size][/color]
A：I am always safe to mosquitos that they don't bite me if there is someone else.(我不吸引蚊子，只要有别人在蚊子都不会咬我)
B：Yes, I attractive to mosquitos, but just ok.(我会被蚊子咬，但是这个并不是一个让我很在意的问题)
C：Absolutely yes, mosquitos like me, I always the first one be bitten by them. I am always trapped in it.(很明显非常吸引蚊子，总是最先被蚊子咬的，有我在蚊子基本不会去咬别的人，这一直困扰着我)

[color=Blue][size=5]4 What is the symptom after bid by mosquitos?(被蚊子要后的症状？)[/size][/color]
A：nearly no symptom, I cann't feel it.(没什么症状，我一般感觉不到)
B：just a red mark and a bit pruritus, but I will feel ok soon.(一般会有个小红点有一点痒，但是很快就好了，不会留什么痕迹)
C：used to be geloses,and may be gelosis if  place I was first been there.（通常是很痒的硬块，如果到了新的地方很可能会起水泡，很久才会消，会留下於痕）
D：systemic anaphylaxis  （全身性过敏反应）
