    The primary environment of MSCs inside the body, is of a low concentration of oxygen, about 2%-8%. When the MSCs were isolated from their initial nitch, and cultured in the cell incubator (5% CO2, 37 cent degree, 20% O2), the properties will be altered, considering to the previous research.
