干细胞没有“全能”(totipotent)的,totipotent是受精卵,或者16个细胞以前的受精卵中任何一个,单独分出来都可以生成生命。胚胎干细胞也好,iPS也好,是“多能”的,pluripotent,可以分化成三胚层的各种组织,但不能形成个体。至于MSC,也是“多能”的(但这个是中文翻译的问题,multi和pluri都翻译成“多”),其实是multipotent,能够分化成多种组织,但不是三胚层的所有组织。作者: abgg 时间: 2014-4-1 18:32
