请教脐血和骨髓中的造血干细胞和间充质干细胞的异同

我想获得造血干细胞和间充质干细胞，不知该从脐血中分离还是该从骨髓中分离。请问脐血和骨髓中的HSC和MSC主要有哪些异同，包括分化潜能、表面标识、含量、分离的方法及难易程度。因为刚刚接触，问题比较多，比较弱，希望大虾们多多指教，先谢谢了。

建议脐血。取材方便，骨髓需要通过创伤性获得，且用麻醉剂对干细胞的培养也有影响。脐血也是现在研究的热点。

There is a great difference between cord blood and adult bone marrow. Marjority of the publications involved in using cord blood because  it is easier to obtained. Properties such as repopulating ability of the cord blood is much greater when you inject them into the mice. The content of CD34+ cells usually is higher in Bone Marrow. Purity of CD34+ cells obtained using MACS was higher in Adult bone marrow too. In my opinion, stem cells obtained from Cord blood and bone marrow are quite different including phenotypical expression of some markers also.

脐血和骨髓中的HSC和MSC再分化潜能上应该是有区别的，脐血来源的hsc和msc的分化潜能比骨髓来源大些，当然这也不是绝对的。总之，骨髓来源的hsc和msc的分化潜能和采集者的年龄成反比。含量亦是如此。还有就是脐血来源hsc和msc的分离提取比较难。
