黑色素瘤可能只是个特例，我觉得。

我觉得整个否定CSCs理论几乎不太可能，只是CSCs的origin有待商榷，现在有两种主要观点：(1)transformation of normal stem cells; (2)de-differentiation of cancer cells under  radio/chemo stress.

哈哈，看到这侧帖子有点绝望的感觉，我也OUT了，但仔细想想，什么理论假说都是需要时间来验证的，肿瘤是不是一个生物体，如果把肿瘤看作的一个生物体，那么它的本源是什么？干细胞还是。。？？期待肿瘤干细胞大牛们的精彩一搏。。
