DNA甲基化是双链都甲基化还是只有一条链甲基化？

5 J' K7 s& x5 v楼主指出的对，是有这方面的文章，但是我觉得这个问题还是有争议的，不同人的意见还是不统一。其实我只是想表达甲基化同时影响正反义两条链上的基因表达这种情况暂时是没有证据的。谢谢！

Overlapping genes in mammalian genomes are unexpected phenomena even though hundreds of pairs of protein coding overlapping genes have been reported so far. overlapping gene regulation in living organisms  even from viruses to advanced mammalian are not fully understood.
