Strictly speaking, the terms, the two verbs, "create" and "make/invent/discover" (創造 与 制造/發明/發現) are very different concepts in their definitions scientifically.

In human exploration we can not use, as we are not worthy to use, the word "create" but only OK to employ the term "make." As "make" is clearly definited as "to get something by using some existed materials", which is just to change the existed something from the form A into the form B; or just to find or discover somthing, which has been existing before we find or discover it." But "create" signifies that "someone creates something from absolute nothing; or from absolute zero." In this sense, human activity, such as to reprogram an iPS itself, has nothing to do with the term "create" but a simple "making or manufacturing activity". To create something is an action of the supernatural power, however, to make/invent/discover is simply an activity in an visible physical world, which has been existed.7 X0 C1 H% \3 ~$ P. S
