准备出台标准了吗？如果是的话那是好事情

1.目前全国没有上报卫生部、药监局批准的干细胞治疗研究占绝大多数，大多数医院只能停止干细胞临床治疗工作了。很多医院是公司介入，由公司提供干细胞，这些公司的生存就有问题了。

3.只是干细胞临床试验受影响，免疫细胞临床治疗也受限制吗？
+ [% x5 y. L2 A( A7 |1 a3 w0 D' A/ C4.走出一条适合中国特色的干细胞临床试验之路是急需的，一味严格监管也不对。干细胞临床试验不收费也不适合中国国情，少收费还是应该的。! C3 V: |. O6 G: t/ M# H7 b. Y2 ?0 g
5.我国进行的干细胞、免疫细胞临床治疗例数应数十万了，临床实践证明还是安全的，部分治疗病例也是有临床效果的（虽然有些病例没有严格的统计学分析，但临床还是看到了疗效）。相信下一步国家会大力支持，只是要严格管理，不能有欺骗患者的行为。

规定出台是必然的，中国目前干细胞龙头公司个人认为不会出现影响，什么叫自查自纠，后重新认证，就像当年的房产公司，其实实力强的大公司并没有受到太大影响，凡是新建的实力弱的小公司纷纷关门，这个过程是必然的，毕竟干细胞商业化中国属前列，规定死了，会限制发展，但不规定，混乱的市场是不可行的。

哪个文件夹的文档是那个表格？怎么出来这么多文件夹？我用的是2003但是安装了插件（converter），平时打开docx都没有问题啊。
