Thanks very much for introducing this report. Certainly it is one of the significant references for approaching the background and getting a panorama of "the Medel of Beike Biotech" with an internationally well-know  "glorious reputation" and with "Chinese Characteristics." But frankly, this article seems more objective. Understandably it has not touched some taboos known for all in China. The questions are here:1 a0 B) ^/ k) @0 k
I, Why the unapproved SCT that Prof. Ling-Song Lee and etc., the responsible experts of Peking Univ. within Keyu United Inc., did not want to practice on the patients, but the "specialists" of Beke Biotech just have been doing it without control?
* s" o* y  v3 l' [9 e. \II, What are the so-called 14 national patents and including of them 2 American patents of Beike Biotech? 3 V: h) F- D' G% Z( T( s
III, Yes, it was the patients voluntarily to come to Beike, but for the Beike's policy-makers, and especially, their "specialists" clearly knew by their conscience what sort of "information" they had offered to the people in PRC and in the world, weren't they? Don't they worry about that at any time some foriegners will sue them, eve PRC, by the law suit in the International Court in Hague?

IV. If Beike and any others want to play the international game they must follow the internationally established rules. Please do not think it is wisdom that if they can find loop-holes of the rules and the laws to continuously violate the others' life. The companies should know there is also international laws even though the Ministry of the Public Health and NFDA of the PRC have legalized its evil practice, and the laws of the PRC can't to cover them." o1 |: \# h' }; L8 c# O& g! V. Finally, They shouldn't have a mentality of the Cold War on the international stage. I believe that they have heard the voice from the internationally authoratative institutions and the specialists: "The Model of Beike Biotech is shame of PRC!"

& L$ l  z' R  U  J* m* M+ `  J0 cThe international advice to the case of Beike Biotech and any other companies which have involved the international SCT is that they must be covered by the regulations and the laws in accord with the international rules and laws. It should be regularized so as to calm the anger raised in the international society. If the foreign cases raise the international lawsuit to it, the trouble will be not only for it but also an international conflict with the PRC, their nations.

And a different voice is that "Each life of Chinese people as us the people of the world should be equally valued and respected with human dignity as well. 6 s. ]" [6 N" Y9 F4 }" R4 TFrom your reply, I see the justice and honesty of a researcher, yet the reality is cruel, for instance ,the human dignity you mentioned might only be translated into asterisk in PRC.
