《自然》报道：今年一月份,在认识到局势的恶化后,卫生部宣布了一系列的行业规则.规定使用干细胞的组织必须登记他们的研究与临床实验等,以及干细胞来源.卫生部要求地方卫生当局禁止任何未经批准的干细胞临床使用,呼吁在全国范围内暂停干细胞疗法的新临床试验,现有的临床试验的病人不再继续使用该方法. 到目前为止,这些措施证明是无效的,卫生部发言人说道：没一家医疗单位按照规定的措施来注册,而杂志人员也发现很多干细胞机构仍然在提供服务. 长春某干细胞组织声称他们用干细胞疗法已经治愈了10000多病人... ...能上《自然》杂志的中国干细胞公司只有两家：南有北科北有中科
