The research on cancer stem cells is a new hot
% J v) T; m, x+ j4 m% J) j: Nspot in at present. The hypothesis indicates* Z7 O8 ^+ O! H. ~/ \# |; U2 s
cancer stem cells, which were possibly the origin8 l+ G% T4 ~) J* m, ?; S$ \ |
of the cancer, come from normal stem cells. For. n ~5 v- C3 J' E% g
their special characters, normal stem cells can5 I' } L0 v3 R. k- c# q
differentiate into tumor cells more easily than
, w' Z" m& H& u+ U8 cadult cells. Stem cells transform into malignant
& m4 y, u; c' h1 Y, i8 ccancer stem cells possibly because of gene8 r9 q% R% H" k" M$ \4 v
mutation, abnormal asymmetry and cell fusion.
& [, L0 w; U' {$ N i6 F% t. W1 \6 _It is a main method to obtain cancer stem cells by
5 f( i I: ]: i; \7 \9 T- xflow cytometer using different protein markers5 o3 c: M' T+ B! ?( x$ z$ V
and fluorescent probes. It is demonstrated that

proliferation, and differentiation.
