The research on cancer stem cells is a new hot9 [7 N+ X( ?4 F" j( c# P2 a& ]+ t5 F
spot in at present. The hypothesis indicates5 K6 `4 f' _9 i/ |% y, l% B7 @
cancer stem cells, which were possibly the origin
) ]! Z0 r2 H' C/ Q- V$ Kof the cancer, come from normal stem cells. For
' p3 e# I ]8 A0 |8 Ptheir special characters, normal stem cells can9 R/ d( f6 m( G& a
differentiate into tumor cells more easily than
7 K$ y8 b: I. \0 }7 xadult cells. Stem cells transform into malignant; e V, u' r8 W' `! b* y
cancer stem cells possibly because of gene/ N' W, k9 W5 p$ \: P" C9 Y& B6 X
mutation, abnormal asymmetry and cell fusion.2 h$ F" h9 Y; \% s$ s6 F: P6 x
It is a main method to obtain cancer stem cells by: M2 Q/ G/ x+ }, {$ m
flow cytometer using different protein markers
1 \: A; n) x# p" I W( T0 }/ jand fluorescent probes. It is demonstrated that+ a7 }9 O4 |3 X7 _$ @6 M6 k: G: t
cancer stem cells are very powerful in selfrenewal,

Targeting on cancer stem cells, early diagnosis; s U8 o) k. C% R8 }( \
