Abstract
3 F2 f) J+ s# B, a9 `9 {9 @- jThe research on cancer stem cells is a new hot
# }% R* m& V' A. y4 D$ Z: y$ Kspot in at present. The hypothesis indicates
( U b8 Z: ]# |6 C+ x4 L( tcancer stem cells, which were possibly the origin
( A6 Y3 J0 h/ @8 b# X- ?/ t* Q! C iof the cancer, come from normal stem cells. For# A1 k/ \+ V% g& y1 |1 I
their special characters, normal stem cells can
( o5 U* j, n z- r, Q7 o) {& Xdifferentiate into tumor cells more easily than
) e+ y e/ [ a# x: n5 ^adult cells. Stem cells transform into malignant
' b* A9 S1 W- Qcancer stem cells possibly because of gene& V, @3 K9 {$ x4 z& N% D+ l
mutation, abnormal asymmetry and cell fusion.
) j1 Q) D( s I$ k8 E% A UIt is a main method to obtain cancer stem cells by
4 \% U2 }6 g9 @' \7 ?flow cytometer using different protein markers
% D) \4 o$ P' i- a4 {and fluorescent probes. It is demonstrated that0 \6 L) ?/ @6 F0 N, S5 u: O7 e y
cancer stem cells are very powerful in selfrenewal,

Targeting on cancer stem cells, early diagnosis
