spot in at present. The hypothesis indicates# w) G( f& z6 {$ ~
cancer stem cells, which were possibly the origin
6 J5 Z3 K* m @' T* kof the cancer, come from normal stem cells. For
) x7 _0 i: f" O% ] P; |their special characters, normal stem cells can7 y5 Y6 Q' }1 C7 C9 M/ a C% Z
differentiate into tumor cells more easily than; [* A+ S' V! S/ S" T; F+ u& ^
adult cells. Stem cells transform into malignant

It is a main method to obtain cancer stem cells by- I- M4 E: d0 j4 M+ z8 t" K3 K

cancer stem cells are very powerful in selfrenewal,
