The research on cancer stem cells is a new hot, b0 Y9 R) x) \& \! e* [4 d
spot in at present. The hypothesis indicates
D5 i, T3 r4 S; Ncancer stem cells, which were possibly the origin
% y* j2 I& M& d, Kof the cancer, come from normal stem cells. For* D, V! `2 @6 F, a2 p. W7 M- a& a: u
their special characters, normal stem cells can. K3 H+ H) `8 W6 B- G v$ q0 c
differentiate into tumor cells more easily than
4 A7 {6 u2 ], x; \: dadult cells. Stem cells transform into malignant
& f- {/ @/ K' A. h& `+ [* [. ]5 `2 Wcancer stem cells possibly because of gene) @/ j2 U( ~1 Y: w2 L
mutation, abnormal asymmetry and cell fusion.4 R S# t" p$ d$ n7 M) d& f6 D
It is a main method to obtain cancer stem cells by
: F1 v( f) J' `7 j/ U- i9 J3 qflow cytometer using different protein markers
2 p6 o& f r- O( u- e8 ?* `and fluorescent probes. It is demonstrated that+ X* b2 X7 F; z) h
cancer stem cells are very powerful in selfrenewal,7 C. F; ?# \* ^
proliferation, and differentiation.
% g# y* Q1 {6 T) ~: kTargeting on cancer stem cells, early diagnosis* Z2 r2 W3 j2 e6 b2 g1 B P
