The research on cancer stem cells is a new hot
- \- u4 }8 w$ s+ Q, A7 \spot in at present. The hypothesis indicates
S$ o8 F+ T: e' S# ^cancer stem cells, which were possibly the origin
& w" K$ ~9 j# aof the cancer, come from normal stem cells. For
2 D5 n6 b$ B1 F3 m3 t( stheir special characters, normal stem cells can8 Z/ j6 d7 s" K0 B7 |
differentiate into tumor cells more easily than, w: K2 D8 @( D+ p
adult cells. Stem cells transform into malignant9 j) ~5 }1 p# m6 ~+ Z; _
cancer stem cells possibly because of gene- K9 I% o9 a" {7 F5 f- J% K
mutation, abnormal asymmetry and cell fusion.
5 X( x7 |5 T& rIt is a main method to obtain cancer stem cells by

, S% d: c+ D& e# P- _ E/ b5 i# hand fluorescent probes. It is demonstrated that
