Abstract
, X& q, q4 H' h v' [The research on cancer stem cells is a new hot* c, D+ m4 C7 L8 k, q+ g+ ]
spot in at present. The hypothesis indicates
% Q; g- j! [ w4 P8 w; C$ Bcancer stem cells, which were possibly the origin$ o! \5 x" U4 Z! |: o+ S
of the cancer, come from normal stem cells. For& a T( S+ E& }( P, y5 k
their special characters, normal stem cells can
" {; r0 Y4 E4 f Hdifferentiate into tumor cells more easily than
& P8 a% _# [) N8 kadult cells. Stem cells transform into malignant
# A2 ]! P% J$ E' G% Hcancer stem cells possibly because of gene
' L$ @* O% B4 amutation, abnormal asymmetry and cell fusion.$ X' }7 a0 P1 z, T% J
It is a main method to obtain cancer stem cells by0 F( x1 ^" V5 i& ^4 h6 w
flow cytometer using different protein markers
