- |. H; g6 h; C& K; d[摘要] 目的 探讨外周血干细胞(APBSC) 与组织工程骨(TEB) 复合移植修复牙周骨缺损中转化生长因子(TGF) -β的表达。
2 ?8 A' z9 T! ^5 G; p方法 犬的牙周骨缺损区移植APBSC - TEB 后,用免疫组织化学方法观察不同时期APBSC 分化、增殖成为成骨细胞过程中
" J# G4 }6 @0 w3 wTGF -β的表达,观察TGF -β诱导APBSC 分化、增殖成骨细胞的情况。结果 实验组在APBSC - TEB 移植2 周,即见骨缺损区
6 p+ T3 n+ b4 B" r+ V- v边缘TGF -β呈弱阳性表达,4~8 周骨缺损区中心区域可见大量的成骨细胞、成纤维细胞和胶原纤维呈现强阳性表达,12 周骨# u" L5 Z$ h! F& e
缺损区已完全修复。而对照组TEB 移植8~12 周,仅在骨缺损边缘区域TGF -β呈弱阳性反应。结论 APBSC 在骨缺损区分
