[摘要] 目的 探讨外周血干细胞(APBSC) 与组织工程骨(TEB) 复合移植修复牙周骨缺损中转化生长因子(TGF) -β的表达。
& {6 I9 c! O. y' X K2 N4 K2 A方法 犬的牙周骨缺损区移植APBSC - TEB 后,用免疫组织化学方法观察不同时期APBSC 分化、增殖成为成骨细胞过程中4 u" S/ V& n( C# c* ^) I# A0 \
TGF -β的表达,观察TGF -β诱导APBSC 分化、增殖成骨细胞的情况。结果 实验组在APBSC - TEB 移植2 周,即见骨缺损区5 S* G0 i$ s2 P/ t
边缘TGF -β呈弱阳性表达,4~8 周骨缺损区中心区域可见大量的成骨细胞、成纤维细胞和胶原纤维呈现强阳性表达,12 周骨
, \% l- w8 n) \, l缺损区已完全修复。而对照组TEB 移植8~12 周,仅在骨缺损边缘区域TGF -β呈弱阳性反应。结论 APBSC 在骨缺损区分
