本人刚刚接触这一块，想要知道小鼠/人胚胎干细胞的全能性的检测方法，最好具体点，万分感谢！

体外实验：
. Q% n% `$ ~( Y$ A6 {0 V（1）转录水平：主要是Oct4，Nanog，Sox2，Rex1等。
( b& O! l$ n' I2 H（2）蛋白水平：除以上几个还有SSEA1（mouse），SSEA3/4（human），TRA-1-60，TRA-1-81，AP staining5 Q, U- ^$ C7 W& ?0 a
体内实验：
7 g8 \9 P$ G4 J* P1 h# q+ }（1）畸胎瘤实验，三胚层形成。
( b, d# s7 p8 j- M: l（2）嵌合体实验，关键是能嵌合到生殖系。
