我想请问一下各位，淋巴细胞增值实验中，刀豆蛋白（ConA）的终浓度应该设定为多少？

i use 5ug/ml for the final stimulation.
0 l$ s" a8 j. {; T0 O) \6 c0 |; P- Xstock is 5mg/ul in water and then passing though 22um membrane.7 v5 O" J' C- X
keep the stock solution at 4 degree, and i think 3 month should be no problem.
$ g# H9 d' {' q2 m* t% a$ Q' lkeep the powder also at 4 degree.
