我想请问一下各位，淋巴细胞增值实验中，刀豆蛋白（ConA）的终浓度应该设定为多少？

i use 5ug/ml for the final stimulation.
, B2 w5 b3 e+ H! Astock is 5mg/ul in water and then passing though 22um membrane.3 g: c$ d, c& P, n1 k$ n
keep the stock solution at 4 degree, and i think 3 month should be no problem.
  h6 {7 M+ {& \keep the powder also at 4 degree.
