1、如何利用网络表达数据库来确定两个细胞系的差异表达基因和特异表达基因？有哪些数据库和生物信息学分析软件？

ok, I will try my best to answer your question,first if you want to find the differential expression genes between two cell lines,there is not gene-expression database,but there are a lot of papers about that,you can collect them. many good reviews are really helpful to you.

我没做过楼主想做的，我们实验室做差异表达选择用的测序办法，对希望找到差异表达基因进行RNA测序，然后进行数据分析，当然成本比较高，而且对提取RNA质量要求高。希望能帮到你。

Substractive Hybridization -> adapter ligation -> PCR amplification -> cloning and sequencing(I'm doing this, because sperm RNA cannot using microarray to analysis)
