ok, I will try my best to answer your question,first if you want to find the differential expression genes between two cell lines,there is not gene-expression database,but there are a lot of papers about that,you can collect them. many good reviews are really helpful to you.1 `. u: K$ N+ q

我没做过楼主想做的，我们实验室做差异表达选择用的测序办法，对希望找到差异表达基因进行RNA测序，然后进行数据分析，当然成本比较高，而且对提取RNA质量要求高。希望能帮到你。
