是可以的,对于小鼠的是可以了,对于小鼠IPS的全能性的鉴定的是tetraploid complementation.这个也发表文章啦,但是对于hiPS就没法验证,只能做畸胎瘤。iPS cells produce viable mice through tetraploid complementation.

! ]3 W) J7 F- d3 aNormal mammalian somatic cells are diploid: each chromosome (and thus every gene) is present in duplicate. The assay starts with producing a tetraploid cell in which every chromosome exists fourfold. This is done by taking an embryo at the two-cell stage and fusing the two cells by applying an electrical current. The resulting tetraploid cell will continue to divide, and all daughter cells will also be tetraploid.

/ C6 Y$ T- F- bSuch a tetraploid embryo can develop normally to the blastocyst stage and will implant in the wall of the uterus. The tetraploid cells can form the extra-embryonic tissue (placenta etc.), however a proper fetus will rarely develop.7 @+ D3 |; H+ e3 h/ L
