《Science》特刊报道: 中国再生医学领域进展（附原文）

     2012年4月27日，国际顶级科学期刊《Science》杂志与全球医生组织（GlobalMD）合作共同出版了一期题为《Regenerative Medicine in China》（中国再生医学进展）特刊。这是《Science》首次对中国再生医学领域给予最系统和最新进展专题性报道。
9 F  e6 Q  r/ o$ s9 m( q5 E     在过去的20年中，再生医学领域的发展一直保持着强劲的增长势头。随着基础科学对干细胞调节机制的研究不断深入，以及更多的干细胞新类型不断被发现或分化成功，利用干细胞在实验室条件下再生出多种组织、甚至复杂的器官已成为了可能，人体器官的再生已经开始从科幻小说进入了现实世界。
& {& Q& d- j* C) D" O     《Science》杂志此次特别推出专刊特别报道：中国再生医学进展，通过40篇优秀论文包括了从基础研究、到临床试验、再到临床应用等，全面地概述了中国再生医学和干细胞研究领域所取得的最新科学研究进展。努力在推动干细胞的基础研究，临床上利用多能性干细胞进行疾病治疗，中国科学家取得了令人惊叹的成果。他们的研究焦点不仅包括干细胞治疗方法和潜在价值，而且关注将有潜力的治疗方法从实验室转化到临床应用，治疗一系列的退行性疾病，期望改善中国患者的健康状况和医疗水平。 ( m) X2 q8 b) Z) k- L! m9 n
     在该《Science》专刊序言中，中国工程院院士、中国人民解放军总医院基础医学研究所所长付小兵教授说：“未来10年内，中国再生医学领域有望在如下研究方向上取得实质性进展：利用诱导性多能干细胞进行损伤后同步修复和多组织再生、重要组织器官的体外重构、以及组织工程产品的大规模临床应用等。这些研究项目的成果有助于改善医疗卫生状况，建立一个更加健康的社会。” ; ]% q3 v8 |$ k) D& G

2010年在《Regenerative Medicine 》上的一份研究报告称中国再生医学领域的研究成果夺得世界第一，在国际学术期刊上发表的相关论文的数量已跃居世界第五，可见中国再生医学的快速发展，很好的资料~
