第一张明显是简质细胞，mesenchymal cells 的形态学特征这里有详细的描述：( h% i7 d: q; v. [
Mesenchymal stem cells are characterized morphologically by a small cell body with a few cell processes that are long and thin. The cell body contains a large, round nucleus with a prominent nucleolus, which is surrounded by finely dispersed chromatin particles, giving the nucleus a clear appearance. The remainder of the cell body contains a small amount of Golgi apparatus, rough endoplasmic reticulum, mitochondria, and polyribosomes. The cells, which are long and thin, are widely dispersed and the adjacent extracellular matrix is populated by a few reticular fibrils but is devoid of the other types of collagen fibrils.* k! 从形态上说，第一张应该是间质细胞，第二张是腺细胞。如果楼主是新手，不要单从形态上去判断细胞的类型。因为：1、判断细胞形态需要积累很多经验后才能做出，但有失误。2、图片判断跟镜下观察也有差异。3、细胞形态易受外界环境影响而发生变形，所以容易误判。建议楼主还是做表面特异抗原鉴定，做免疫荧光鉴定比较准确，另外可以积累细胞培养经验。
