shift information of loop segments is used to guide the selection of entire 3 r0 W& Q4 o& Z& J
Smotifs for any given target sequence. The selected Smotifs then assemble into
; q) }4 M# B+ u0 a jthree dimensional topology. Although the approach usees only backbone fragments 0 t9 t! c3 X) T# q# f2 k
of Smotifs without any sequence information and limited experimental : J3 _. l" A6 t- L$ V
information, it is successfully capturing the correct topologies of almost all & j5 n/ W+ q% r& J d6 F8 a
