各位师兄，我看到有很多人用DMSO+Dextran40来储存脐血和骨髓，如果骨髓回输不做DMSO+Dextran40清洗，用于成人，对人体有害吗?谢谢

Preparation of cord blood (CB) units for infusion by albumin-dextran dilution without

transplantation (CBT) using this technique in 54 consecutive CBT recipients ≥20 kg. Patients
